Anna is Marquee Player in WTT
07
The Sacramento Capitals finalized their roster in the 2007 WTT draft on
Tuesday (March 27th) by retaining Anna.
Anna is the so called "Marquee Player" for the Sacramento Capitals - like
last year.
Anna will play in Sacramento on July 5th. Individual tickets go on sale June
1.
Venue: The Sacramento Capitals' home court will be the new Allstate Stadium venue at the Westfield Galleria at Roseville.

Anna in spanish TV show
- more infos: Well, obviously I missed out some posts at the Official
Messageboard - Anna made a quick visit to Spain (she left Miami in the
morning and flew back immediately after the program was shot) to make a
surprise to a fan (see
the Video). She also gave an interview afterwards, talking about Enrique,
that she wants to learn spanish (she obviously understands the language but
cannot speak it yet), the upcoming DVD, she ate spanish ham and many more
things.
Reportedly, Anna's appearance took place on January 14th, 2007.
She was smiling all the time and everybody loved her. Read more at the

Anna in spanish TV show
Well, it seems
that
Anna was in a spanish TV show called "Sorpresa" ("Surprise"). Content: A
guy is interviewed, questions about Anna and suddenly, Anna is there in
person, a tennis racquet in her hand and both talk with each other. "antena3"
uploaded the video on March 8th, so Anna's appearance in that TV show must
have been before that.
PERSONAL COMMENT: Normally, I am well aware of Anna's public appearances but I really haven't heard or read anythng about this appeareance. But it must have been quite recently and not years ago. DO YOU KNOW MORE???

Anna NOT at Sony Ericsson kickoff party
Unfortunately, Anna didn't attend the Sony Ericsson Open Player's
Party which took place in Miami on March 21st (see
pictures of players who attended the party)!
Possible reasons:
>> maybe she is sick (remember the "nobody should recognize me"-dress she
wore on March 20th) or something
>> perhaps one of the main reasons for Anna to attend this party last year
was the fact that her friends Myskina and Likhovtseva were there, too
PERSONAL COMMENT: Hopefully we get to see Anna in an exhibition/charity
tennis event before the WTT season in July!!!
And what's up
with the fitness DVD which was supposed to be released in 07???

K-SWISS TV Commercial / Anna in Miami ("turtle-look")
At the K-Swiss
Website you can see the TV Commercial "Free Running" (a guy runs through the
city to see Anna play Tennis, great smile from Anna).
Can anybody make
this TV commercial available for download??
Furthermore, you can order the Ascendor tennis show worn by Anna and there
are a few small pictures of Anna with K-Swiss tennis clothes.

look at the small turtle Anna carries along with some keys in her left hand -
Anna wants to look like that small turtle? Obviously Anna didn't want to get
recognized but she was!
The pictures have been taken in Miami on March 20th.

with Anna's 1st coach ever and her good friend, Larissa Dmitrievna
Preobraschenskaja, in the March 9th-issue. It's a very warm and positive

PERSONAL COMMENT: Personally, I also don't think that she tries another comeback. I lost hope many months ago. I just hope that she'll clear that up officially one day. And maybe, there's an exhibition tournament worth visiting over here in Germany :-)

Back then, she also made a visit to the Spier Wine Estate and flew in with a

Young Miss Magazine, Anna will also consult on the K-SWISS design and she's
already had K-SWISS make a special pink top and matching short skirt - Anna
obviously will wear that when she officially announces their new partnership.

After a
few "Anna-free"-days, Quick Hits' Elliott Harris (he was the lucky guy who
could meet and ask Anna a few questions at Chicago on Feb 12th) writes about
Anna again: The contract with K-Swiss. Plus: Obviously they are really trying
to arrange a "tennis lesson" with Anna - she kind of promised that in the
