WTT Teleconference / Interview at Ariel event / People Mag-scan from birthday / Anna spotted in SoBe's Wild Oats
There was the traditional WTT Conference Call which took place on June 20th and Anna talked about John McEnroe (who said that he still could beat the best women's players), her desire to play Tennis, her back injury and also about the comeback-chances: "If I would have known, I already would have made some kind of statement or announcement or something.".
Interesting: There will be a Kournikova look-a-like contest for girls ages 6-16 in Delaware (July 6th, 1st WTT event for Anna) and she will serve as a judge: "I think it will be cute to see them dressed up in their little tennis skirts."

Interview at Ariel event: Anna gave an Interview when she participated in the
ARIEL's Tennis ACE Final's Day in London on May 22nd - she talks about how
disciplined she is, growing up in the public eye, Enrique's tennis talent
("No, we haven't played against each other") and that she's not a great
shopper ("excited for the first half hour, then I get really bored.")!
Additionally, she says that most of her friends are older than she is and
that she's not a Paris Hilton-like club scene-person ("I'm
too old for that
now.")!
If she decides to come back to the Pro Tour she'll "make an announcement."

More Infos: An old-fashioned food fight broke out and Anna totally creamed
Enrique with her birthday cake, about 20 pals of Anna and Enrique sang "Happy
Birthday" for her and, reportedly, someone asked her if she's had a good time
and Anna replied "awesome".

Anna's party on Bowling Alley / Anna joins Evert's Tennis
Classic in Nov
According to
a witness, Anna and Enrique waited patiently for their lanes at
Lucky Strike Bowling
Alley to celebrate Anna's party with 20 friends on June 17th, 2006. Both had
to wait (Miami Heat's Dwayne Wade and friends stayed longer than expected) until
Lucky Strike co-owner Brian Elias re-organized the lanes so that Enrique and
Anna could get their party started. According to the witness, the party also
featured a cake fight with "cake everywhere".

Anna joins Evert's Tennis Classic in Nov: Anna has confirmed to play at another charity event - she'll
participate in Chris Evert's annual Pro-Celebrity
Tennis Classic which will be held at the Delray
Beach Tennis Center in Delray Beach (FL, USA) from
November 3-5, 2006.
Anna will join Jimmy Connors, Jim Courier and Bud
Collins. Additional participants are yet to be
announced.

the old days / early 90's article
I am currently watching many old tennis matches from Anna (1997-2000, I bought a few new ones I didn't know yet) and, well, if I start to compare this great "Pro Tennis-Anna".time with the
current "retired"-situation since 2003...it's so sad! Anna is 25 years old right now - definitely not too old to play Pro Tennis.
But things have changed dramatically within the last few years - unfortunately vs Pro Tennis.

5th NBA final-game:
The 5th NBA final game will be the last one which will be played in Miami - so I think it's
very likely that Anna and Enrique will be there again after both attended the
2nd and 3rd NBA final games in Miami.
The 5th NBA final game will be held on Sunday, June 18th, 9:00pm ET (ABC is
the broadcasting TV channel).
