"Yes, but I'm not currently on tour" / The Stalker incident - Anna at court
THIS is what Anna responded when she was asked at the court if she's a Pro tennis player (February 23rd, 2005 - Stalker incident - seeking for restraining order): "Yes, but I'm not currently on tour"...! Hopefully this will change again one day. . .
The Stalker incident - Anna at court: I saw
it on RTL's "Exclusive"-programme (German TV channel):
Anna has been to Miami court (hearing) because of the Stalker
who wanted to get into her mansion on January 30th,
2005! He's currently in the Miami Dade County Jail
and if he's released he has to stay away from Anna
at least 1000 feet. Trial has been set for May 2nd,
2005!

PS: Anna was 20 minutes in the stands at court and
was also asked questiones by the suspect, William
Lepeska!!! Why? He acted as his own attorney!!!

Anna's mobile number public?
According to several reports (BILD as well) Paris Hilton's mobile phone has been attacked by a hacker and now many mobile numbers from Celebs, Anna as well, are available at the Internet!!!
Well, but obviously Anna just gave this stupid Hilton girl just a fake number anyway. To read more about this "great" news go here:

Anna and Jim Courier will headline a four-player series of exhibitions at Miami's Office Depot Center which will take place on May 21st, 2005. The other 2 players will be announced on February 17th at a news conference. Read more
PERSONAL COMMENT: Very sad but well, it seems to be the bitter truth > The article starts with "Recently retired Anna..." and ends with a summary of the highlights of Anna's tennis career :-( I still hope, more or less, to hear a CLEAR statement from Anna about her future tennis plans.

Anna probably at the Oscars
Enrique will be singing at this year's Academy Awards, the Oscars. The event takes place at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood and will also be aired in Germany (Pro 7, including red carpet-Arrival)! More Infos
PERSONAL COMMENT: Well, Enrique is there, so Anna will be there as well. I wonder what questions she'll be asked and what she'll say.

Anna's new Journal entry
In the latest Journal entry Anna talks about her participation at the "Serving for Tsunami Relief"-event in Houston, that she really wanted to do something after this catastrophy. Interesting statements: She said that she signed autographs because "I love my fans"...! Well Anna, tell your friends if there is still a little reason to hope for a WTA-comeback!
Plus: Her last sentence is "Looking forward to my next charity event" - Well, seems like she answered the question with this sentence :-((((

about your tennis plans, Anna. We, your fans,
deserve to know that.
What I really understand: Anna doesn't talk about
the recent Stalker incident. Right decision, Anna.

Stalker caught !!!
Bad news: Obviously Miami Police has captured a crazy homeless man, William Lepeska (40), who was yelling "Anna, save me" as he was escorted by the police. This incident reportedly happened on January 30th - I guess that Anna was already at Houston for the Tsunami charity event!

Tsunami Relief event: Doubles success / Hingis...
Anna did participate in the Serving for Tsunami Relief fund-raiser in Houston's Toyota Center which took place on January 31st. She took part in 2 tennis events - here are the results:
Celebrity Mixed Doubles:
Anna/Dr. Phil McGraw def. Clyde Drexler/Chris Evert 6:4Mixed Doubles:
McEnroe/Anna def. Roddick/Evert 4:2Anna also wore a microphone during the Doubles
matches. Anna was really happy to participate in
this important event: "I was looking for
something to do (in response to the tsunami)...The
next day I got the call and I said, 'Of course I'll
be there.' I would have canceled a lot of things to
